Who is Premanand ji Maharaj?

Premanand Ji Maharaj is a saint. His real name is Anirudh Kumar Pandey. He is about 60 years old. His has black eyes and his hair colour is black. His weight is 68 kg and height is 5 feet 10 inches. He wears yellow clothes. He has adopted the name of Yellow Baba and called by the name Premanand Pujya Maharaj Ji, he is a humble and true Satvik Brahmin.

Where were Premanand ji Maharaj born?

He was born in a Pandey family and left home at the age of 13, after which he went straight from Kanpur to Vrindavan. And that’s why he was named Anirudh Kumar Pandey. He was born in Akhari village, Sarsol block, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. His grandfather was a Sanyasi. The environment of his house was  very devotional, extremely worshipful and serene.

His parents were always busy in devotional bhajans.

Maharaj ji’s grandmother also used to be a saint, then his father used to be a saint and now Maharaj ji himself, assuming the form of a saint, is doing the work of awakening the society and giving good sermons and making people aware that perhaps it is about the teachings of his ancestors. With the blessings, this inspiration was created in the mind of Premanand Maharaj Ji that for me there is only God and no one else.

Therefore, he understood that the only solution was to leave his home and family and go to God. The name of his Guru is Shri Hit Govind Sharan Ji.

Maharaj ji and his journey to become a saint:

Premanand Ji Maharaj left his home at the age of only 13 and {premanand govind sharan ji maharaj} reached Varanasi, lived beneath a tree on the banks of Tulsi Ghat and used to take bath in the morning in the cold water of Ganga. He used to sit under the tree and meditate on Lord Bholenath, after that heused to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for alms. During this time, if someone offered him something to eat, he would take it. If he did not get it, he would live hungry for many days by drinking the water of Ganga.

If you want to visit the Ashram of Premanand Ji Maharaj then you have to go to Vrindavan and you have to go towards Vrindavan which is a part of the Parikrama route. On this route, you will see the famous Bhakti Vedanta Hospital which is a major landmark of Premanand Ji Maharaj in Uttar Pradesh. “Shree hit Radha Kelly Kunj” Ashram located in Vrindavan whose postal code is 281121. Ashram Timings:

The whole day is full of religious activities in the ashram of Premanand Ji Maharaj. His day starts with emotional Satsang from 4:30 to 5:20 in the morning, followed by Mangal Aarti from 5:20 to 6:15 and then devotees take bath in Radha Sudha Nidhi till 8:15 o’clock. Morning program starts from 8:15 and continues till 9:15. First Srinagar Aarti is done then devotees continue with Namawali and Kirtan of Radha name. In the evening: Bani Paath is recited from 3:30 to 4:45 followed by a beautiful evening aarti from 4:45 to 5:15.
