Important study strategy for the IBPS Mains.

Making a study plan

Make a plan to study daily. Anything, in the long run, has to be planned so it is systematically done. Else an action without a plan will be in a mess and cannot be sought out. The same way is in the studies. There are many subjects and topics so make a plan accordingly and also before making a timetable know your strengths and weaknesses in each subject and topic. You might be very good in some so the time utilization can be reduced. But for some other subjects, you might need more time. So plan accordingly and make a timetable.

Following the timetable

Once you have done with the timetable make sure you follow exactly the way it is done.No no excuses to miss out. If you miss a day’s schedule that means you are gone a step away from the goal. Remember it is not easy to complete two days’ plan in a day. You will not be able to study thoroughly and you will get frustrated.

Make notes

Make short notes while you study with important words and phrases as this will help you to be good at grammar. You can do pointwise notes or illustrations with arrows and figures so it becomes easy to understand and the time consumption is less.

Revision

Make it a habit to revise every day whatever you have completed previously. Don’t proceed further unless you have revised and are confident that you are remembering whatever has been studied.

Mock test and the question papers

Make sure to take mock tests regularly as this will help to boost your confidence level.

Try to solve the previous question paper so you will be able to manage the time. This will also give an idea to be familiar with the exam pattern.

The key to success is a positive attitude and trust and confidence in yourself. Unless you trust and remain confident while thinking you are capable of doing it, nothing can be possible. So just have a mindset and the goal is always in your mind.

Remember nothing in this world is impossible if there is effort and the right approach.
